The event is organized by the Bangladesh Association of Florida, a nonprofit, nonreligious, cultural organization established to serve the Asian Community in south Florida area. It’s mission is to share Asian culture with the people of the Florida and to foster better understanding of the cultural diversity of Asia with the American community at large.

This festival showcases the diverse culture and heritage of Asia. The Asian
Festival is one of a kind event presented annually by the Asian community in South Florida area. It attracts the largest gathering of the Asian community in single event in South Florida from all over United states. Billions of people inhabit this continent adorned with a range of languages, arts, crafts and cuisine. These cultures are connected by a common thread of history, social, cultural and political norms that bind us as nations, as marches into the 21st century.

WHAT IS IT?

The festival draws around 15,000 visitors from all around Florida and vicinity. This is a great family event where students will find the event educational while adults will find it entertaining. This annual cultural festival showcases diversity of Asian food, art, classical and modern dancing, popular music, films, and wonderful exhibits.

WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES?

The large food court on the fair ground offers popular Asian delicacies to tickle the palate. In addition, various costumes, jewelry and literary and nonfiction works are also on display in trade show. Activities for children includes many carnival rides and games. Don’t miss out fun for all ages including yoga demo, get a henna tattoo, dancing on the fairground to live pulsating music, dazzling dances and so much more.
